How to Move Facebook Videos to SmugMug?

SmugMug allows you to upload HD quality videos. You can simply share SmugMug videos to Facebook and vice versa by using the share button. But, if you want to move or transfer videos from Facebook to SmugMug, you need to do it using your computer. First, download the videos to computer and then upload them to SmugMug account. Facebook does not provide you the functionality to move videos to SmugMug directly. Here's how you can move Facebook videos to SmugMug.

Move Facebook Videos to SmugMug

1. Go to https://www.facebook.com & sign into your account.
2. Go to your profile page.
3. Click "Photos" tab.
4. You will see 4 options i.e. 'Photos of you', 'Your photos', and 'Albums'.
5. Click "Albums' option. You will see all your photo & video albums.
6. Click the video, you will see it in full size.
7. Click "Options" button located at the bottom of the video.
8. Select "Download SD" option.
9. Your browser prompts you to save .zip file, then click "Save" and specify a location to download. The downloaded zip file will contain the video from the Facebook account.
10. Your video will now be downloaded to a computer.
11. Go to http://www.smugmug.com/ & sign into your account.
12. Click "Upload" button located at the top-left corner of the window.
13. Select "To New Gallery" option to create a new gallery & upload videos into it.
14. A "New Gallery" window opens up.
15. Enter gallery name, description, privacy settings & click "Enter" button.
16. A "Upload to" window opens up.
17. A "File upload" window opens up. Browse & select the videos to upload.
18. Click "Open" button.
19. You will get a "Upload complete" message.
20. If you want to upload more videos then click "Click to Browse" button.
21. Click "Done" button.
22. You have another option to upload the videos i.e "Drag-and-drop". Here you can simply drag your videos directly from your computer to a location in your SmugMug.
